How much does GetMeAudio cost?
Downloads are billed per minute of audio from prepaid AudioMinutes: $0.15 per minute for Standard voices and $0.25 per minute for Natural voices in US dollars, or ₹5 and ₹9 per minute in India. There is no subscription. Drafts and short previews are free.
What are AudioMinutes?
AudioMinutes are prepaid download credit. You top up once and spend minutes only when you download a finished voiceover. One balance covers both quality tiers, and nothing renews automatically.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no monthly or annual plan, and no recurring charge. You buy a pack when you need one.
What does it cost per minute?
Standard voices are $0.15 per minute and Natural voices are $0.25 per minute in US dollars. Because Natural costs more, it uses more of your balance per second of audio.
How much does a 10-minute voiceover cost?
About $1.50 with a Standard voice or $2.50 with a Natural voice at the current rates.
What packs can I buy?
Packs start at $5 in US dollars or ₹49 in India, with larger Creator and Studio packs. The per-minute rate is the same whichever pack you choose.
Do AudioMinutes expire?
Yes. Each top-up is valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry is shown before you buy, and reminder emails go out 30 and 7 days before it. Minutes are spent oldest first.
Do I pay for drafts or previews?
No. Drafts with a device voice are free and unlimited, and short previews of the real cloud voice are free within an allowance. You pay only when you download.
Am I charged again if I download the same audio twice?
No, as long as nothing changed. Re-downloading the same text, voice, speed, pauses and mix is not billed again. Any change to those is billed as new audio.
Can I get a refund?
There are no cash refunds, because AudioMinutes are prepaid credit. If a download fails or you were billed in error, the minutes are re-credited to your balance. Contact support from the Help page.
Is one price used for every language?
The per-minute rate depends on the voice tier, Standard or Natural, not on the language.
Why prepaid credit instead of a subscription?
A subscription bills you in months you do not use. Prepaid minutes are spent only when you download and stay valid for 12 months, which suits occasional voiceovers better.
