What it adds
The tool inserts <break time="700ms"/>-style tags, the same pause tags the editor uses. A pause can be anything from 0.1 seconds up to 10 minutes in the editor, and there is no limit on how many a script can have. It skips common abbreviations such as "Dr." and "e.g." and decimal numbers, and it will not add a second pause next to one you already placed.

Choosing pause lengths
- Between sentences: 0.3 to 0.7 seconds sounds natural for most narration.
- After commas and semicolons: 0.1 to 0.2 seconds, or leave off.
